"I already had my home insurance with State Farm, and after bundling it with my auto insurance, the savings and coverage improvements were impressive. "UPDATE: After filing a BBB complaint, the underwriting department reviewed my policies and confirmed that I was overcharged and that my multi-car discount was never applied. Somehow, Cory Pack, Devin, Jacqueline, and Cassidy were unable to identify something as basic as the incorrect premiums on my account. It should not take a BBB complaint to receive money you are owed. This agency made no effort to investigate or correct the issue on their own. To make matters worse, both refund checks were issued in my maiden name—despite FOUR separate requests to update my name, and despite the agency confirming the change after the fourth attempt. I now can’t cash either check, and when I raised the issue, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness (from Cassidy, specifically). Cory Pack State Farm has repeatedly demonstrated incompetence, poor customer service, and zero accountability. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Cory Pack State Farm has been extremely disappointing. The office staff, including two or three of Cory’s employees, are consistently rude, unprofessional, and lack knowledge of customer policies. They have never been able to provide clear answers about my billing due dates, payment amounts, or policy details. I filed two claims that were dismissed due to a lack of camera footage, even though both incidents were minor and properly reported. The team denied any responsibility or effort to help. Paying monthly premiums here feels like a complete waste of money because assistance is nonexistent when it is needed the most. I also requested a name change after marriage four separate times and still have not received a response. Even the simplest administrative task seems to be ignored. Their recent system update made the situation even worse. Only new policies appear on billing statements while older ones go missing until they decide to charge whatever amount they want. I am somehow being charged twice as much for my 2015 vehicle as for my 2023 one and no one in the office can explain why. To make matters worse, Cory Pack himself is arrogant and rude. He could not explain a single charge on my account and had no knowledge of any of my concerns. When he realized he could not figure out why I was being billed so much for two vehicles on separate statements, he told me, “Well your policy is cancelled and you will receive your refund soon.” When I commented that I did not understand how he stayed in business, he claimed that he is one of the best in town. Instead of helping, he refused to address my concerns and let his ego take priority over customer service. Save yourself the frustration and do not use Cory Pack State Farm."

"In addition to the review I left a week ago, I want to share the lack of progress since then. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and repeated the same concerns I shared in my original review. A representative named Lisa from the underwriting department contacted me and was polite, helpful, and able to answer what she could within the limits of her department. She confirmed that I was overcharged and that my multi car discount was not applied even though it should have been. When I previously spoke with Cory Pack State Farm and his office gremlins, they insisted the pricing was due to many different factors. They were unwilling to investigate the overcharge, unwilling to offer understanding or empathy, and unwilling to apologize for the mistake. Lisa did her best to help, although she could not answer questions such as when I would receive a refund or how much that refund would be. I also informed her about my name change and she confirmed that my married name had finally been updated after four attempts to correct it with the Cory Pack office. State Farm directs customers to speak with their assigned agent for all concerns, and having Cory Pack as my agent has made this entire situation exhausting. This morning, I spoke to the gremlin called Cassidy at Cory Pack State Farm again. I explained to Cassidy that both refund checks were issued in my maiden name even though this was now the fifth time I had notified them of my name change, and after the fourth time, they assured me my name change was successful, apparently not. Because of this error, I am unable to cash either refund check. When I explained this, Cassidy responded with a dismissive “Okay.” When I asked for clarification, she stated, "I will contact billing and let them know." I asked for an update on when corrected checks would be sent, and she simply repeated herself again in the same dismissive manner: "I will contact billing and let them know." The level of indifference and lack of professionalism has been consistent every time I have dealt with this office. After stating I would be visiting the Cory Pack State Farm office later today since she was unwilling to provide an update over the phone, she then texted me stating that the billing department had cancelled the checks and they are pending supervisor authorization to direct deposit both amounts into my account. (The first real update I've EVER received from CPSF) Do not use Cory Pack State Farm. The customer service is consistently disrespectful and unhelpful. Cassidy, Jacqueline, and Devin are unprofessional and dismissive, and Cory himself refuses to assist when issues arise. All Cory Pack will do is respond to a bad review as if he cares... If you’re looking for an insurance agency that offers little help when you’ve been in an accident and provides poor customer service when you need answers, Cory Pack State Farm is the place. If you prefer an insurer that is responsive, helpful, and willing to answer your questions, Progressive offers comparable rates and far better support."
